FFS

I'm only contracted to do rugby every other week. The other half of the time, it is the SmallDragons' father's job - after all, he was the one who enrolled them. So why am I back here again? (mutters obscenities)

I'm not stepping on that!
Anyway, BabyDragon safely dropped off at her friend's birthday party, we (sick SmallDragon#2 and I) head off back to the rugby club where SmallDragon#1 is prancing about on a bleak, windswept rugby pitch. A muddy, bleak windswept rugby pitch. At least I assume he was. I'd forgotten to change out of my lovely tan suede boots, what with it not being my turn and all, and therefore couldn't go out to look. I was forced to sit in the clubhouse drinking coffee and eating a bacon roll. Does this sound familiar?

Anyway, rugby was soon out of the way and we could head home for the next fun instalment of the day: Homework. Much wailing, whining and procrastination later, SmallDragon#1 is confined to his room with his geography book. Unfortunately, SmallDragon#2's homework was "Cook a Healthy Meal" FFS. One of the websites his sheet pointed him too claimed that pizza was healthy so that's what we did. Heaven knows how pizza counts as healthy but we made the base with wholemeal flour and the homemade tomato sauce had lots of hidden vegetables in it. Smug? Oh no, not me...

I had my work cut out to stop myself rearranging his toppings more aesthetically or putting on a better coverage of cheese. I do not cook well with others.
